We are delighted to announce that our €10 million expansion programme is nearing completion, we have reopened our luxurious new residents lounge, executive boardrooms catering up to 25 persons, fitness suite with sauna and Francesca's restaurant - a stylish upmarket bistro.

We have also opened 21 additional bedrooms, bringing our total to 96 - these bedrooms will bring something very different to the local market place and are very much design lead, boasting the highest quality furnishings and fittings. American walnut furniture blends with elegant, sophisticated colour schemes - king size beds with crisp white duvets and wait for it. Plasma TV tiles in some of the bathrooms, 32 - 42 inch Plasma TV's in the bedrooms…all rooms are equipped with DVD players and Hi-fi systems in addition to all the amenities currently enjoyed at Brooks.

Our conference facilities include the Grafton and Suffolk Rooms, strategically placed power points and ISDN phone lines. We are in the process off adding a 'Screening Room' (a luxurious mini cinema) which will be the first hotel based screening room in Ireland

Francesca's Restaurant features modern Irish cuisine at it's best with innovative cooking and an emphasis on high standards, which has earned our head chef Patrick McLarnon countless awards, including the National Healthy Eating Award. Next month (August 2003) also sees the opening of the new "Butterlane Bar" - an ideal meeting place for business or pleasure in one of Europe's most exciting cities.
