1. Why do I have to include my credit card number?
To allow us to proceed with your request, we require you to submit your credit card details. Your credit card information is strictly confidential. Please note, we request your credit card details as a form of security only. It will not be charged until the booking is confirmed. We will only debit your credit card normally 10 working days or less before your check-in date.
2. How long will it take to get a hotel’s confirmation?
For ‘Available’ hotel, you will get a room confirmation immediately.
For ‘On Request’, we will make a request for more allotment at your requested hotel. To get the confirmation, it might take 1-2 working days depending on the hotel’s reservation clearing process.
3. What if my requested hotel is not available?
If your requested hotel is not available, our travel experts will try to find alternative hotels of comparable standards and prices in the same area (if available). Then, we will provide you this information for your consideration, by e-mail.
TIP: Please fill in two alternative hotels in the reservation form when making reservation to let us know your preferences in case of your requested hotel is not available.
4. What is the latest time to make a reservation?
Normally, we accept bookings that are made at least 5 working days before the check-in date. Late bookings are upon request and subject to availability.
5. What time can I check in and check out?
Check-in time : from 12:00 p.m. (noon)
Check-out time : before 12:00 p.m. (noon)
NOTE: For early check-in / late check-in (after 6.00 p.m.) / late check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability.
6. Can check-in be guaranteed for 12:00 p.m. (noon)?
Actually, the hotel check-in / check- out time is at 12:00 p.m. (noon), but we could not guarantee because it is subject to the hotel availability. In case the hotel is fully booked or provide late check out, the room may not be ready at that time.
7. What about late night check-in time?
You can request a late check-in at the time of your arrival, but it is always good insurance to call the hotel directly and let them know that you will be late arriving. A simple phone call will insure peace of mind.
8. Can I get a late check- out only until 14:00?
Late check- out is depend on the hotel availability. In case the hotel is not fully booked, the hotel will allow late check- out until 14:00 hrs. WITH or WITHOUT additional charge depending on the hotel policy.
9. Do I need to reconfirm my booking with the hotel directly, or do I only deal with you?
No. As your reservation has been handled directly to the hotel by our network. You, therefore, need not to reconfirm with the hotel, since your booking name and booking number will be shown on the hotel computer list on the allotment cut off date, which is normally about a week before the check- in date; until that time the hotel would not probably have your details.
Note: If you want to be assured if your reservation record will be shown on the hotel computer list, you could call the hotel to check your reservation record 3-5 days before check-in date.
10. If I have any special requirements, such as a bouquet of flowers to be sent to the room, can you arrange that?

1. Room type descriptions
Single room has one single bed for a person.
Double room has one large bed, big enough for a couple.
Twin room has two single beds for two people who don’t want to share a bed.
triple room is for three people. This room type consists of either a large bed and one single, or three single beds, depending on hotel availability.
Quadruple room is for four people. This room type can have either two large beds, or one large bed with two single beds.
NOTE: Extra bed is for only one child: in all cases these are only suitable for children aged 12 and under. Cot is only suitable for a child under 2 years.
2. Is it guaranteed that a standard double room has one large bed for 2 people and not two single beds joined together?
We normally request for a king sized bed for you. But it could not be guaranteed as it is subject to the hotel availability.
3. How can you ensure that the room I get will not be a second class room in comparison to a room booked directly with the hotel?
Kindly be informed that the quality of room will be similar as the one you will be assigned when you book directly with the hotel (same room type).
1. What is the method of payment?
All reservations in our system are on pre-payment basis. We accept credit card payment by using our standard SSL secure form for your security.
However, your money will not be debited from your account at the time of making a reservation. As we normally request a DEBIT OF FULL AMOUNT PRE-PAYMENT 10 WORKING DAYS before your check-in date (or cancellation deadline).
Only for booking made within 10 days of your arrival date, your credit card will be debited automatically for full amount at the time of confirmed booking
2. Why must I prepay for these special prices?
ABAonline has reserved these rooms in advance at these very special rates, and we need to be paid in advance, so that we can continue to offer these great rates to our customers.

1. Are the prepayment rates of ABAonline cheaper than the rates of paying at hotel directly?
YES. These wholesale prepayment rates are normally much cheaper than the rates of paying directly to the hotels upon check-in or check-out. You can make big savings on our great-deal room rates, especially on our “Special offers” hotels.
2. How can your rates be so cheap?
Due to the large volume of clients we send to our contracted hotels coupled with the number of years we have been dealing with them, we have now negotiated greatly reduced rates for our clients.
Furthermore, since we do not have a high street presence and are purely an Internet business, our overheads are kept to a minimum enabling us to pass on great savings to you.
3. Are rates quoted on your website per person or per room per night? Do your rates include tax? How about breakfast?
All the rates quoted on our site are PER ROOM PER NIGHT (not per person) & INCLUDE BREAKFAST, TAX AND SERVICE CHARGES.
The rates are not applicable during New Year Eve and other special events, and are subject to change. The price is guaranteed upon final payment receipt.

4. Are there any special discounts for frequent travelers or travel agents?
YES. ABAonline has a membership program for frequent travelers and travel agents to get additional discount/ saving benefits & privileges. You can view the details of this program at Application form by selecting the “Membership” menu.
5. What is about child rate ?
The child rate is for one child aged between 2 and 12 years (unless a different range is specified) sharing a double (or twin) room with two adults. If a price for a child rate shown as N/A, triple price will apply.
Cots are only suitable for children under 2 years.
NOTE : Child reductions may not be available, if the child arrange is not specified at the time of making reservation.
6. How about trade fair rates and validity?
trade fair rates may be different from the published rates shown on our website.
Certain periods, e.g. Christmas attract high prices in some cities, these are not strictly trade fairs, but it is possible that during these periods our rates may be close to rack and should be treated in the same way as trade fairs.
Accommodation at some hotels must be sold for the full duration of the fair. We will advise full details at the time of booking. When a reservation request is made for a trade fair period, we will confirm the reservation of the rooms with specified cancellation deadline date.
Cancellations cannot be accepted after we have received your reconfirmation and strictly no refund according to each individual hotel policy.
1. What is the cancellation policy for hotel reservations?
If you decide to cancel your booking we must be notified of the decision via e-mail (please remember to quote booking reference number)
The following scale of charges will be applied, depending on when the notification of cancellation is received.
a) More than 10 days prior to the check-in date (or cancellation deadline date): 20 USD or 20 EUR or 15 GBP administration fee (depending on the published rate of your booking).
b) 10 days or less before check-in date: 1 night’s accommodation charge.
c) No cancellation of the reservation and (or) no checking in at the confirmed hotel: 1 night’s accommodation for each room.
d) Cancellation after the check-in date (or cancellation deadline date) Strictly NO REFUNDS due to hotel policy.
e) Any refund will cause a bank fee of 5.35%.
2. What is the Cancellation Deadline date?
Cancellation deadline date is fixed, by hotels, and the general cancellation policy will not be applied for the reservation which is made during a certain special periods, e.g. Christmas, New Year or special events, trade fairs, etc.
1. If I want to change my reservation, what should I do?
If you wish to make any change to the booking after it has been confirmed, this can be done by e-mail ONLY, and subject to availability. (Please also quote your booking reference number)
2. What should I do if I want to check out early?
It is strongly advised that you should request a letter from the hotel manager to confirm your actual number of stay and specify that there is NO CHARGE for the REST as a proof to submit us in order to further process your refund. For trADE FAIR, the rest is strictly NO refund.
